Police Mitra is an initiative by the Maharashtra Police to make the police administration more friendly. The police Mitra assist the police in policing duties like crime prevention, crowd management, traffic management, safety of women, children and senior citizens.

To make the society more safe and secure the active individual and assistance of the citizens is very important and this is part of the community policing initiative which is being implemented across the globe.

If any citizen wants to be a Police Mitra and is willing to spare his/her time to work hand in hand with Police and in his/her field of interest is requested to register as 'Police Mitra' by using this app.
